I can’t thank Erin enough, for the freedom that I have right now, for the hope in the future. The process was long but almost stress free because Erin is an outstanding professional, very knowledgeable, a great communicator and has a very nice personality. It was simply a pleasure to work with her.

ERIN CIPOLLA, Founder

Erin founded EC Immigration Law to help individuals navigate the often-complex immigration system by offering unparalleled personalized service.

After participating in research and settlement efforts for matters before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, Erin recognized the increasing need for similar work to be performed in the United States, and chose to specialize in immigration law.

Driven by a belief that our immigration laws should be used to keep family members together and to keep valued community members in our country, Erin has represented immigrants and their families in and around Seattle, Washington for over a decade. She worked as a Senior Attorney at Gibbs Houston Pauw before founding EC Immigration Law.

Erin is active in community affairs and served on the Board of Literacy Source, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education, equity, and opportunity for primarily immigrant communities. Her civic contributions also include working with various local organizations to provide pro bono services to immigrants.

Erin graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law with high honors and a concentration in international law. She has lived in Mexico, Spain, Argentina, and The Netherlands and is fluent in Spanish. Her clients trust her to be responsive and caring, and they know they can rely on her ability to move their cases forward – keeping them informed every step of the way.
